~mY sUnDaY~Went to view a few units of 4-room flats at woodlands today... most of them are quite new, less than 10yrs old. There was this 1 particular unit which I think both hubby and I liked alot. This flat is around 6yrs old, with dropped down windows. But the best of it is, it's 104sqm!! It's not really asking for alot of cash, 30k. But to us, the cash value is still abit too steep for us.. =
