I am very tired, but I decided to blog out the weekend events before i forgot.. hehe..

Fell aslp with darling after she has drank her milk in the morning...Wakey at 10am, and rushed to dress up Istelle and proceed for bkf with QIng and Yi..


Had lor mee... with a table of aunties sitting beside us, helping to take care of Istelle. (Cuz they were find that Istelle is too chubby to resist.. keke) After that, we went to the market and supermarket to buy ingredients for our Oneh making session, and Yi bought the food for dinner at Guan's place..


I did not really had much 'hands on' on making the oneh.. QIng and I have to take turns to look after Istelle.. have to coax her to sleep before we can really concentrate on making Oneh Oneh.. ANyway, Yi did the most, and also the most impt step, preparation of dough. hehe..


THe hardest part, I realized, is wrapping the brown sugar into the dough and roll it into a ball, w/o breaking the ball. Eventually, the oneh turns out well.. my Parents in law even complimented that it's nice. ^^


After that, Qing and Yi went home, QIng home to rest, while Yi have to rush back to prepare dinner, a surprise dinner for Guan (advance bdae celebration) with us all.. I took the chance to nap abit after hubby is back.


Wakey at about 8+pm, wash up and went to GUan's place...


Hubby and I have to 挨饿 cuz by the time we reach it's about 9.30+ Guan comin home soon, so all of us, Dap, Hao, Qi, SW, Qing, Seng, Hubby, Istelle and I, all hid in his room.. trying to give him a surprise.. But he actually reach home later today, about 10+ .. -_-" Anyway, Guan did not get a surprise based on what he said, cuz he heard Istelle's cry.. =( so sadz..


Anyway.. sweet of Yi, still make the effort to do something for GUan..

For HUbby and I, guess I prefer a romantic evening.. haha!! =x


I cannot tahan liao.. must go zzz liao.. tomorrow's gonna be a long day cuz it's month end closing again.. have to work OT...

~*~Bodyshop Sale~*~

Just finish half a round of majong with SW, Qi and Kent, and passed the seat to hubby, let him continue the fight.. I am too tired to continue on.. hahA!

Daphne is finally back to work today, finally someone for me to email with..Felt something missing these few days cuz I don't see her email, But luckily this week is a very bz week @ work to keep me very very occupied. haha.. Poor ger got her wisdom tooth extracted, hence on MC. But also good la, at least let her take a break of the suffocating past weeks when her colleague was on leave and MC, leaving her to fight the battle alone.

Anyway, Bodyshop's having a sale @ Suntec COnvention from today to till 30th Mar, hence I popped by during lunch, hoping to get some good deals. But the moment I stepped in, I was stumped! Yes, I was expecting a crowd of course, but I did not expect such a BIG crowd with a damn long queue, during a week day. SO of cuz, I left empty handed... & guess what? Bumped into Dap at the foodcourt. hah!

~*~Window @ The Park~*~

I have this voucher which entitled a 1~1 buffet dinner at 'Window at the Park' @ Holiday Inn hotel which is expiring this month, hence Hubby and I proceed for dinner there after work. But we were utterly disappointed.

Their so called 'International Buffet', serves salad, bread, Indian Rojak, Mee soto, Kebab, very limited choices of sushi, Noodles & Rice, Dou Miao,Steam Egg, prawn, Drumstick, Sambal FIsh, Watercress soup, Ice-cream, fruits, limited choices of pastry & kuey, and Chocolate Fountain for fruits and Marshmellow. I must say, this choco fountain is the best among their choices of food.. But can you imagine, the best fruit to go along with choco, which is strawberry, was finish and no one actually refill it!!

Imagine all these at the price of 38++ per pax!! Once again, I am stressing that I was so disappointed with the restaurant, but surprisingly, it was so packed,mostly by the tourists staying at the hotel i guess.. Anyway, even if I were to have another 1~1 voucher, I will not patronise this restaurant again.. I would rather pay $50+ for the buffet at Conrad Hotel..The quality and variety of the food is so much better! TOld hubby that I'll treat him to their International Buffet 1 day. ^^

~*~ 'Ah Fat' is born~*~

I wasted $$ on nothing today.. SUpposed to go for my driving lesson at 715pm, but work is too busy,and I am not feeling very well as 大姨妈come visit me.. and it's too late for my instructor to look for other students, so I wasted my $36 just like that... =(

Went to the baby fair at expo yesterday..Registered Istelle for the baby crawling competition, but as it starts at 530pm which was too late for us, we didn't turn up for the contest. But, I bought a toothpaste & brush for Darling. She has 8 teeth now, so I guessed it's time to start taking care of her milk teeth.

Went to Singapore Flyers AGAIN, for Popeyes. I think, that's thrice in a month already.. Went with Ron and Jiaxian, and Ron loves the mash potato, as much as I do. Hehe.. Walked around abit after lunch..

We walked into the 'Build a bear' shop, and being the ever so good 干妈,Ron DIY a bear for Istelle as a pressie~~ Just look at the pics as a picture tells a thousand words.

Birth Cert's done, and the name is Ah Fat. Hehe.. I am so happy that I can 'bearly' keep my eyes open..

Headed to Shijie's new house after the whole Bear making event is over. HIs new house is quite nicely done up, except for a few items which I don't really like. Otherwise, it's a very extremely big contrast against his old house.

Watched CJ7 on his nice & big LCD tv and had his home cooked nasi lemak for dinner, on the dining table which Da, Alex, Guorong, Fang, Ron and I bought for him. Actually, he chose and bought it himself.. We just give him angbao to cover the cost for the table. Haha!! Oh ya, not forgetting about the nasi lemak.. his dad/mum cook very nice nasi lemak rice. hehe.. *Yummy*

After that, it's home to Grandma for my darling. shall bring her back home again on Friday...

~21Mar'08, Good Friday~

I woke up relatively early, at 10am, considering the fact that bedtime was 5am the previous night. And of cuz, lil Darling is already wide awake by this time. ^^

Arranged to meet up with Ah Fat Ah yi and Ah Fat Sarah to westmall, not forgetting lil Ah Fat of cuz. Hehe.. The Ah Fat Family~ walked around abit at WM, nothing much to buy. Had lunch at Subway, and headed to IMM.

We went to Minitoons, and saw some mini hair clips.. 心血来潮,we tried on a few on Istelle, and she look soooo adorable, despite not having much hair. Haha! The pics will be up..

Went to Giant after that.. Ah Fat QIng super love the pic of Fat Orr Orr with Mushroom head. Haha!! I also bought a 'Single' Comforter set for Istelle's new bed. After some comments from Ah Fat Yi, finally chose the design. And it goes fantasticly well with Istelle's new bad!

We actually stayed at IMM till 9+? don't exactly remember.. but it's definitely not the kinda timing we were looking at. We thought we'll be back in the evening. but it's definitely a nice trip with the Ah Fat Family. waha!! In the end, Ah Fat Daddy send us all back to our Home Sweet Home~ ^^

~20Mar'08, KTV Pub~

Been ages since I last went chilling out with hubby... arranged to meet up with Sengwu, Ah Qi and 3 other of their frds at a KTV Pub at Boatquay.. We have to coax our little darling to sleep before we can go out and by the time she's aslp, it's close to12am..

On our way to BQ, I was actually feeling abit sleepy.. Looking at the time,it's only 12+am.. Normally, this wld have been our bedtime, but just for today, the night is still young.. I saw many people hanging around outside with their friends, and I felt that this is no longer the type of life I'm gonna lead anymore.. No more frequent clubbing/chilling.. (Maybe until after Istelle is much older).

Had a few drink, played pool and finger guessing games.. Hehe.. I won HUbby at pool, but of course, it's because he let me win. =p B4 heading home, we played finger guessing game to finish up the bottle of liquor. Poor Sengwu, he was being sabotaged by us, drank quite alot, and he ended up quite stone.. hehe.. ANyway, it's bedtime at 5am.. Luckily MIL is not working the following day, else we've to wakey early to look after Istelle..

Once again, it's been ages since I last blog.

As always, hubby fetch me from work today, but instead of the norm of packing dinner from our hse coffeeshop, he brought me to SIngapore FLyers for Popeyes~ Hehe.. Hubby knows that I love the mash potato from Popeyes, and the restaurant at Singapore Flyers is the 2nd outlet in Singapore. First outlet is at our SIngapore Changi Airport, Terminal 1/2 (Don't remember which)

Anyway, we went for a short walk after dinner.. just taking a look at the surroundings.. THey even have a miniature rainforest, with river and bridges, and a nice ambience.. Hubby actually wanted to go for a ride in the Ferris WHeel, but I was telling him, maybe next time, when we are nicely dressed and equipped with our cam, we shall go up and take photos. hehe..

Been so long since I last have such a romantic time(I am easily satisfied) with Hubby. Normally on weekdays, we'll just go home, have dinner and rot.. watching tv or go online. Else weekend will be spent with our little darling girl.. so not much of a private and romantic time for ourselves.. Hence, today's dinner is great!!
