How to feel happy

I haven't been feeling happy for so long.. I don't know how to feel happy too.. Maybe I am facing mid life crisis, and this has been a really very bad year.. I hope I could get over this year soon, and next year would be a better year.

Time flies..

Been so long since I take train home by myself. Hubby wanted me to drive home myself from ICA, but I scared lehz. 7+ on a weekday sure lotsa cars on the road. Somemore I'm 37 wks into my pregnancy.

Took this chance to take train from lavander and scroll thr my photos. Realized that time flies and my darling istelle is now a 3yrs old cheeky lil girl, just like her daddy.

disappointed with my company

Today is the 3rd consecutive day of doing overtime, and as if I'm not tired n pissed enough, I received an email on our internal staff promotion.

Now, how do u guage if a person is eligible for a promotion?
1) seniority? Ok, if u consider working for 2 yrs or less than 1 yr is a longer period than working for 3yrs.
2) working attitude? If u consider being late almost everyday or taking 2mths of unpaid leave not long after ur probation is better than being early/on time for work.
3) workload? Having to work overtime(compulsary) on every last, 1st n 2nd of the month + having to do jobscope of finance, rma, logistics on top of ur own sales job is not considered doing more than u shd.

All the above really makes me wonder what is the criteria to be eligible for a promotion. Not that I desperately want a promotion. But come on. Be justifiable. All I can feel now is disappontment in this co and my vp. If not for my pregnancy now, I will definitely leave.

Envy for Claire who will finally be leaving this hella a place soon.

My day with Istelle

My korean lesson has finally come to an end last sat, n so my Sats r free once again.

Brought Istelle to Westmall library today. It's her 1st visit, n I think she enjoyed it. Well, children always love new things. ^^

After that, brought her to do the craft work, where she can bring out her motorskill n creativity. But I think she's still too young. I ended up having to clean all the paint which she spilt over the craft.

Need to zzz now. Just wanna say, enjoyed my day with my lil darling, n I love Her. ^^
